I don't know but I feel like some people makes Nasheed in away that it's more like songs with light music and halal lyrics? It feels that way like it's in the middle between songs and real Nasheed I recommend not to listen too much this kind of Nasheed either the only thing you need to listen to is educational stuff and Qur'an not like listing to Nasheed will give you hasanat ... Well not so sure about modern nasheed

Is it permissible to make a nasheed with the sole purpose of giving dawah?
Subhan'allah look how quickly people are to give at fatawah.
If the use of nasheed was known to the shahabah as good, they would have used it before us. However there are no authentic record of them doing so.

If it doesn’t contradict the minhaj (Islam Iman and Ihsan) of the Salaf. Than it’s permissible
