- Explaining how to perform a factory reset on the JBL TUNE 220 two wireless earbuds.
It is important to place both earbuds into the charging cradle and that the battery of the charging cradle is currently charged.
Press and hold the button on the right earbuds for several seconds until the LED on that earbud starts to blink briefly.
Don't forget that it is necessary to remove the earbuds from your devices and pair them again. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
I swear these earbuds are good but why do they have so many problems
Yup. My case discharges completety down .. even tho it was Just charged and just used an hour.. I can't use the Case other then for charging and Transport in pocket

Indeed! The sound is great, they are very comfortable, but they are so temperamental that makes me want to throw them at a wall sometimes.
If I'm using just one of them wich I do quite often during meetings so I can have 1 charged all the time, it just disconnects after a few seconds into the meeting, same with calls. The only way I have to make it work out is taking both of them out of the box, start the meeting/call and then put one of them back in the box. If I do this, for some reason it won't disconnect.
The problem (aside from this being annoying as hell) is that this trick isn't really practical or feasible when receiving calls because incoming calls are unpredictable and you need to know you're going to be on a call to do this trick.
If someone is planning on using the earbuds independently, skip this one's. They are behond annoying. As a matter of fact fact, skip this earbuds, period! The charging is temperamental as well, clean connectors and sometimes they still get a bad connection and decide to not charge, or not charge fully.
You saved my ass, thank you so much. I wanted to sell them because the quality was awful and the audio was just below quiet. I thought that it couldnt be that simple, even installed patches on my phone. After the reset they work perfectly fine.
My left earbud is not connecting to bluetooth
Hi, when I have an incoming call and the headphones are inside the case, it takes more than 13 seconds to connect to my iPhone. So I almost loss my incoming call. At the same time, it take less than five seconds for air pods. Is there a way speed up reconnecting my headphones to the cellphone?

With both in full loaded cradle, and both on white, the factory reset of right earbud seems to work. It blinks white after 8 sec.
Taking this one out, turns of white light off and no blue/white blinking occurs. What else?
Mine are not even showing the pairing light so they dont connect

Okay, I have a huge question that I need help about. It happens to both ears out of no where. One would go quiet but most of the sound would only come out of the tiny hole in the earbud. But not the one that produces sound straight to your ear. It makes me really mad, and I can’t find a video about it.

When my headphones are fully charged, the lights of my case keep blinking. Because of that, the case has to be charged again the day after

I'm having a problem with mine keeping charge, they say there charged 100% but within say 30 minutes there needing charged again. I only bought them in the summer this year. Any advice would be great, thank you.
Sounds like the battery aged prematurely. I’d contact JBK for a warranty replacement.

Can i use them seperate? For example to use only the left and the other in the box to charge...?
Only the right earbud works by itself.

Did you try using the earbuds with a different device? Is the behavior the same?

When I charge the headphones and I Take it out to use them, I see that there's only 80% of battery left even though I saw them charge overnight and the little light in the cradle turn off. How do I fix this?

@@Sergio-tz9fu hey! No I haven't fixed it. I don't want to mess with it since I won't be able to put it back together again. But if you charge the headphones again for about 10 minutes more, the battery goes up to %100. Then you can use it normally. That's what I've been doing.

This sounds like a manufacturing defect. Are yours still under warranty to get a replacement?

It tends to get clogged and makes the earbud quieter
Don't know if you can help me. but my left earphone just doesn't charge to full. even half. I think I get like maybe 20-30 minutes of on-time. my earphone case is working properly and so is my right earphone. What's your view on this matter?
I’d contact JNL about this issue. Sounds like the battery doesn’t have the capacity that it should.

sounds like it's broken or something. Mine don't last the promised 3 hours but i am always able to use them for atleats 2,5 hours. Do you still have the receipt?

It is hard to see the pins on the bottom of the case. But can you see if they are straight and expanded all the way?

Hi, when I had this problem in the past, I ended up removing both devices from the phone and then added the earbuds one more time while both earbuds are out of the charging case. That time they would work correctly.

the case drains battery in 6hrs without using .
earbuds are fine approx 3hrs looks good.

My right bud was not getting paired, it was asking some password but i didn't keep any type of password at my first time pairing
There is not password. This behavior is usually an error in the Bluetooth driver.
Most often is disappears when starting over with the pairing process

@@self-madejacobo8281 yes i picked up some alcohol and ear straw hold the earbud from above and the earbud have to face down so the alcohol would not corrupt the bud and clean it gently and dry it

It took aproximately 20 hours for the right earbud to brake after opening a comepletely new pair. cant turn on, no blue blinking light - nothing... What a disaster of a headphone.......

When that happened to me once, I attached charging cable to the case and inserted the earbuds for a couple of minutes. After that they turned on again.
