Actually I like it very much. It's a cross between Honegger, Szymanowski and Martinu, as far as I can tell. Ithink it'd benefit greatly if it were performed by humans actually, rather than notation software, although I can hear you spent much time regulating and fine-tuning dynamics and articulation. Nevertheless, there are some things in the "interpretation" which are just horrible computer no-nos, and they don't let the musicality shine through. Also, the ending is weird and abrupt, it looks like the piece was cut in half, with the other half missing.
This seems to have quite strong jazz influence, what a wonderful composition
THIS IS SO AMAZING I AM IN LOVE
3:42 How can Kapustin write something so dreamy? It is like music from a fantasy world.
What a genius composer indeed! Perfect combination of flute, piano & cello with Kapustin's fantastic atonal harmony. Nobody does it like him!!
This is the second best trio for flute, cello and piano that I've listened to!
D. Hu So may I know your best trio piece for flute, cello, and piano? 🙂
