The wife who is safe should visit the nearest centre and get herself treated if she have not done so. Wishing her good health and safety for everyone.

HIV can be transmitted through 4 ways. Therefore it is the responsibility of everyone to get tested even if you feel fine or regardless of being married,single or child.
Mosquitoes cannot carry HIV because the enzymes and anticoagulants present in the saliva of mosquitoes breaks down and kills the virus. Moreover, the virus cannot replicate and multiply inside the stomach(gut) of the mosquitoes and they are eventually broken down and digested. So you don't need to worry about mosquitoes spreading HIV. Although mosquitoes are a vector to other diseases like Malaria, Dengue etc. but they haven't been known to transmit human STDs.
