I loved how she planned her surprise wedding, invited all the officials to witness it (girl is not ashamed of her man’s heritage) and had her children participate in honoring him. The decree makes him royalty and on par with the family, through the fact that he does not have to bow to her, the emperor or any royalty. I love Derang, he is so humble, loving and supportive of her and her children. He really deserved her. I am so glad I made it to this episode! We’ve gone through a lot of heartache to make it here, but it was worth it!

Them getting married is such fan service in my opinion. It also kind of proves what everyone was saying about them to people that believe all the rumors.
