Tatang Robin & Charles Kim is a different person. Tatang Robin is the president of ShowBT which is based in korea. He is the founder. If I am not mistaken I just read it that ShowBT also has a branch in Vietnam and other countries. Charles Kim is just the CEO of ShowBT Philippines
You're right po. They have branches in Vietnam, Thailand, and Dubai. But I'm not sure if those branches are still active until now because their last FB post was in 2018. Showbt's website isn't updated as well. But before, each branch had their own representative/acting CEO, and that includes the Korean branch of Showbt's entertainment company called S.How ent.
Just a little additional info though, Justin DID audition despite being scouted. He was recruited by Josh to join the SBT workshop and from there, he was asked by teacher Hong to audition to be a trainee.

Though Charles Kim is the CEO of ShowBT Philippines, Geong Song-han (aka Tatang Robin) was the founder of ShowBT Group. They are not the same people
