Moto G Power (2022): Forgot Password, PIN or Pattern? (Master Hard Factory Reset)

- I show you how to factory reset (hard reset) the Moto G Power (2022) smartphone if you forgot your password, PIN code or pattern. Don't forget with a factory reset you will lose all your personal info, photos, videos, etc. Also note that if you have a google account (gmail) linked to email app on the phone then after factory reset and going through setup eventually its gonna ask for your password to phone OR google account and password that was associated with the phone in order to complete the setup. Why is there no explanation about what to do when it asks you for the previous PIN or previous Google Account? The whole point was to reset the phone to set a new passcode. But what's the point of resetting if it's going to ask you for your PREVIOUS PIN anyway? That defeats the purpose of the factory reset process....
Is there another way to get around this?? Why not include it in your video? It is critical to the whole point of resetting after FORGETTING your prior PIN.

Yep I did that and then it asks for the Gmail which we don't have the password for, made a new Google but won't let us log in, and if ypu can't log in with Google the phone wants the pin

Same for me. It was my mom's phone before she went into the hospital and forgot the pin. She then said she didn't make a Google account AND doesn't remember the pin.
