    Its funny that even in college sports the scariest word in an athlete's vocabulary is "sprints"

      Hill climbs... Especially when it's 4 hills side by side and you have to run up and down it 15 times (about 200 yards of hills) We usually cheated tho so rly we did like 12 lol

    what does the different color jerseys signifies? like the difference on the purple jerseys and the white jerseys/

      @chasestewart1634 10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      White is more than likely offense and purple is probably defense.

    Watch the UCLA version of this and you can immediately tell the difference between PAC-12 and SEC football. SEC is bigger, quicker off the whistle and just flat out hits harder.

      Its because their competitors

    • @jackw8838
      @jackw8838 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To be honest about the aggression and fighting, if they had been that fired up against Alabama they wouldn't have had their asses handed to them 3 games in a row! Maybe Miles needs to promote the fighting mentality, maybe they will have enough anger to actually stay within 10 points, hell maybe even win!

      in all honesty (i also play football) it is hard as a lineman to keep your cool. all you're doing really is just hitting each other and getting in each others face and it just makes you angry. we've got a strong team but we can get a little competitive

    I love that this is a driving drill and the d linemen just throw them to the side, they always have that mentality but they are the actual losers since they pretty much bailed.

  • @simod497
    @simod497 10 ปีที่แล้ว

    this drill is always one sided to the defense. first of all its set up as a "run play". In a run play the running back is gone past the line in about 1-2 seconds. so an O-lineman will only need to win the initial contact and first step. after that the RB is on to the second level. most of what i saw was O-line winning in the crucial moments that they need to. but D-line are pre-Madonnas, they need to feel like they won anyway.
