so great to see Chuck D getting his "revenge" by playing his songs to huge sold out crowds while Ginn plays to smaller and smaller club crowds and half of them walk out mid set
@@mcbloom2204 Henry singing would have been great, maybe singing something from my war or slip it in(i would say loose nut or in my head but im pretty sure no one in a hardcore punk rock crowd would like that, though my war and slip it in is exceptional, somehow) but henry doesnt want to take part in music anymore. Henrys era of black flag is all i need to be honest. But i wonder what he would sound like if he were to sing with flag today. Hmm i wonder..
keith was only good for the early hardcore punk days of black flag (and circle jerks and off) Keith just doesn’t go with that heavy metal sludge sound black flag went with henry
Sorry guys but this guys guitar work can't compare to Greg Ginns.....I've heard the originals live many times.....this guys guitar is sloppy...Ginns sounded n felt like knives slicing ur ears n soul.....I lived throught his.....can't compare
They play Black Flag better than Black Flag. Amen
bill stevenson is a monster on drums, fucking adore that guy.
+J o h n d o e 1984 The best!!!!
Almost sounds just like ROBO.... Does well.
Always did like Bill, whoever he's playing for.
Just like you said the dude's a monster on the kit.
Zomby Woof he's ageless and keeps time like a metronome. effing legend.
Hardvolume007 Indeed. He's one of my favorites from the world of punkdom.
Ron Reyes built a time machine, and shows up crowd surfing at 42:39.
I was there. Right up front. So glad I got to see this. Been listening to their music since I was 12.
I saw Greg Gins Black Flag last week myself and several others walked out after the second song

THIS IS THE REAL BLACK FLAG!!!!!!!!
GREG AND HENRY ARE THE REAL BLACK LAG
@@thomasabramson100 Henry was like the fifth singer dude get over it
@@thomasabramson100 Keith was the Original you should look it up besides saying something stupid
Except for the missing guy who wrote 95% all of the material and was a genius guitarist.
I saw the 'real' Black Flag last summer and they sucked. I prefer Flag.
more like Greg Ginn And Friends
Well, what material would Flag have to perform if it wasn't for Greg?
The sound of controlled yet rushing anger !
This iz fucking CORE. I HATE myself 4 showing up late for this & missing it, FUCK, DAMMIT,SHIT FUCK, FUCK FUCK!!!
so great to see Chuck D getting his "revenge" by playing his songs to huge sold out crowds while Ginn plays to smaller and smaller club crowds and half of them walk out mid set
This was such a fucking good show. Wish Keith would do another Flag tour.
Best incarnation of Black Flag ever ...
They're still Black Flag, they just can't have the name Black Flag...
Bloody marvelous!
That man.... is unstoppable!
Now this IS Black Flag. The another guys are "The Greg Ginn Experience"
PD: Where are the setlist comment guy?
This was a great show. I wasn't as close a this, but it was one of the best sets of the weekend.
fuck I was in 3rd grade Whn I got this album 40 now where the fckn time go they sound better now Fuckk yeahhh flags music is eternal👊
The set was way better than Black Flag's set when I saw them last year.
nice upload. wanted to see the whole show but was in the middle of Guided By Voices and had to dip early for Blondie :/
ONE OF DIEM! ONE OF DIEM!!!!
Some guy filmed this but it was from the pit, it needs to get on the youtubes quickly!
please tell me video exists of when they played damaged 1, someone must have it
Now, try to imagine Mike V up there..
What?
No, neither can I.
I got no beef with Mike V he is sick. This was the best incarnation. Wish Henry would have sang a few at a stop or two but whatevski
26:35 is Clocked In
Happy Bastille Day!
This was a incredible moment. This was Black flag all over again
Grandiosi Black Flag immenso Keith Morris...
I like Keith better with the Jerks. Rollins with Flag.
Fix Greg Ginn
Haha! Keith changed all the lyrics of "I got something personal against you" to "I don't care" :P
I'm fairly certain they were just playing "I Don't Care".
Song was recorded as I Don't Care in the Nervous Breakdown session.
My war just sounds weird from Keith
I totally agree, My War is a great album. Keith just doesn't sound right on that song.
keith was only good for the early hardcore punk days of black flag (and circle jerks and off) Keith just doesn’t go with that heavy metal sludge sound black flag went with henry
Rollins era my war hits the fuckin soul
Put the fucking phones away
Sorry guys but this guys guitar work can't compare to Greg Ginns.....I've heard the originals live many times.....this guys guitar is sloppy...Ginns sounded n felt like knives slicing ur ears n soul.....I lived throught his.....can't compare
It's not the best recording to base anything off of except how very tight they are.
He plays the stuff stuningly close to the orginal, he's the guitarist from Descendents, he knows what he's doing!
It's Stephen, he is an amazing guitarist what are you talking about?
You have no idea what you are talking about. Steve Egerton is one of the finest punk guitarists of all time, he does not play sloppy you tart!
This dude's the fuxxking shit !! 💥👊💥
Nice modded A6 plexiglass!
Blackstars💥👍
