Wow!! Beautiful!! I really love your ornaments. Simple and easy, and can use up all my left over random beads to make these beautiful balls. You have enlightened my inspiration. Thank you so much.
I remember doing something very similar to this about 30 years ago and I had a lot of fun doing them. They were a little time consuming, but well worth the results. ;o)
Hi there Marilyn. Thanks for your interest in my beaded ball youtube tutorial. No, I don't have a kit for making these, any types of beads and/or sequins will work... Dollar Stores have quite a variety of beads for a nominal fee (and sometimes I look at their beaded necklaces for unique beads not available for sale separately), and I cut the necklace apart to get to the beads.
From my crochet instructor to my beading teacher Thank you for all you do!
Thank you Jonnie! I love hearing from viewers... especially when they are nice comments such as yours! Have a great day! Emi

Awesome Beauty...
I love it but styrofoam is so damaging for the environment I wonder if there is an alternative?
Yes, you could sew some tshirt knit into a ball, and fill it with fiberfill. (or more tshirt rags.)
do you have a written version?
Hmmm... no... I have not written down the instructions.
