    Thank you so much . I just want to make each of my daughter's a lifetime set to remember me by when I'm gone. Christmas is big in our house and we do everything together.

    Thank you so much for this tutorial! The ornaments are stunning and you have great taste.
    My grandmother made similar ornaments and we inherited them when she passed in the 70s. My childhood Christmas memories are full of ornaments like this. Unfortunately the ornaments were lost. I’m hoping to make some for my sister and daughter to honor my grandmother. I so appreciate you showing your technique.

    I bought today a few Victorian ornaments on Etsy, and then came here to learn how people make them. Watched you for several hours. You made me inspired!
    Your ornaments look gorgeous; so I think, I am going to do exact the same pattern. This one so far is the best.
    Thanks for taking your time and teaching us how to make these lovely ornaments

    Don't forget you can get some items at the dollar tree. I love your ornaments and looking forward to seeing more ideas so I can make some. Many thanks for sharing with us. A hot knife that they use on wood to make designs works wonderful to cut the Styrofoam,

    Seeing you make a pattern of one quarter of a ball reminded me of maps of the world drawn in quarters. I looked it up and it's referred to as an orange peel map. I just sent the image to my husband hoping he can print it out for me and maybe I can figure out how to make one for a particular diameter of ball. I thought this might help others here!!

    Fabulous and gorgeous. I was wondering how those were made. I have seen them on Etsy as well. I think with the amount of work that is put in them they are well worth $25 plus.

    I’ve thought to make fabric ornament as for the longest. I literally have an entire shelf full of BOOKS of designer upholstery fabric and a ridiculous amount of vibrant, cotton prints. I just want to find some low priced foam balls and I think I can take it from there. I have the perfect place in mind for trimmings and embellishments ( Garment District in LA) 😜❤️! Thank you so much for making this video!

    I love the etsy kits I got 2 of them to work this year. I saw one kit for 1 ornament for$150. That's crazy! I saw one I thought it was so pretty then I clicked on it, nope not spending that for 1 ornament. Heck $50 is too much for a kit. How ever. For years I would spend around $30 on an ornament. I get them for my kids every year and so I do have a Christmas ornament budget. I also loving going to thrift stores yo look for nice and well preserved vintage ornaments. Over the years I have found some great ornaments.

    Omg! That ONE rhinestone appliqué is abt $16 on Amazon! 😱 No ma’am! It’s gorgeous , but not for one lil ornament. They are absolutely gorgeous, but I like finding more affordable notions. I keep thinking about going to the garment district where I know I can get plenty of trimmings, but with the cost of gas… that’s eating into my trimming money ( it’s an hour away). So Hobby Lobby it was! 😁

    • @Blessed2CraftDesigns
      @Blessed2CraftDesigns  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      there are definitely more options. the fabric stores have appliqués and usually have sales and coupons to get them a bit lower cost. these aren’t one time use ornaments. Im using these bad boys for the next several years 😂
