"Nowhere to go but forward". Those words say so much more than can be put in a paragraph. Regardless of what road-bumps you may encounter what you just said there says you are no longer who you were. I look forward to being here to celebrate your next milestone with you. Cheers.
So proud of you :) you are doing great and I look forward to seeing your journey! I’ve been struggling with depression for the last few years but I do have these moments of “everything is going to be ok”. Those rare moments help me get through. I hope your journey gets easier as time goes on
Great job! And you look a lot healthier. Looking forward to watching you progress further. I’m sure it feels hard sometimes but be kind and patient to yourself.
I know i say this all the time, but have you tried a 20 minute minimum walk ( preferably in nature ) every day ? Ive found this good for my depression issues.
For me ive found it has helpedme the most when i make it a daily ritual. And when i miss a day, i make the walk twice as long the next day to make it up.
So glad for you❤, you've obviously put in the work. 👍🤗
You certainly look better. Sorry that you feel depressed! It's very difficult but we are behind you all the way! 🤗
