Decided to come back to the STL-10A as it's fate is unknown in the County's Siren Upgrade again. Something weird obviously happened, and we don't know what it was. Alyx also made a trip from Georgia to Meetup.
Jefferson County got a grant fund to get any remaining inactive sirens from Shelby County EMA to Install/Repair/Replace in Jefferson County's Siren System (Though whereabouts of that inactive system is currently unknown as there is too many.). I do believe that this means that the last two remaining Thunderbolts will be replaced at some given point later down the road, along with the assumed dead Thunderbeam, and this STL-10A. Which also would be that there will be no remaining Legacy Sirens within Jefferson County.

good LORD the windup is long!
Sirens of STL-10A
I love that it's on a soft starter
Nice!
Why did it go off twice?
When will you film Jefferson County siren 63? The last Thunderbeam of the system.
It's dead. Well, we assume.
Very nice!
Hello. I was wondering if you knew any info about the jailbar thunderbolt in Hoover. I know that it's been inactive since 2016. I just wonder if at some point it will be removed as right now it's just sitting, rotting away.
It's fate currently sits as unknown. It's practically impossible to remove it because of the High Voltage lines that is right next to the Siren. I wish I had more information, but it's deemed to just sit till it crashes down I supposed.
Makes sense. Well maybe it will stay a little while longer. I think it still serves as a nice piece of history.
The startup sounds like a honda lol
What?
@@CentralALSirens i think he means when the engine starts revving? idk thats the closest i can think of
@@fireblazinxd8434 Sounds nothing like a Honda... This is not a Engine..
@@CentralALSirens I know it’s not an engine but some people hear things differently and make connections to sounds
