i wish there was a more established set of rules, things like the castle in the wii games shouldnt have counted since youre not really TOUCHING them. or maybe it shouldve been avoiding the color in general; example being like you could grab a mushroom from the bottom as it has a white or skin-tone color to it
Personally I wouldn't count foreground objects in the 2D games, especially for those foreground objects that dont change state when you touch them. Also for objects like the ? Block, I'd only count it as yellow and never white. Also for water, I'd count that as clear almost everytime its present, unless if there's no reflection in the water OR if it's very vibrant.
Honestly a majority of these "failures" seem rather harsh. Like a blue flower having a yellow center is ridiculous to count as yellow. Especially when it is something like a bolt on a platform or a jewel on a flag... Or the SHINE on a bush? Like... some things make sense. Like the Mushrooms having yellow or white. But saying that a shinemark on a bush counts as white is aggressively harsh.

33:16 that is very stupid. Peach is technically not touching the blue part and if he already beat the first level that means he touched the flag before
1:29:00 By saying that any interaction counts as touching is the same as saying talking with a glass wall between you and another person is touching them. Kind of whacky rules…
The reflection in sunshine? Come on ugh. I'd like to atleast see gameplay. I don't think the SMW shouldve counted either because background element rule. Plus the shrooms can be touched from underneath because they're all white???
it would be a lot better if you tried to see how many levels you could beat without touching each color and not moving on when you accidentally fail that would take an insanely long time though
playing Color Splash with any of these challenges (in my opinion) would be horrible to try , I also think most of the other paper Mario games would be hard as well but color splash is probably the hardest😊
I don’t understand how touching a part of them would be also touching red. Like if you got a mushroom you wouldn’t be touching red if you got it bottom side
just because you play the game on a gbc dosint mean it just gonna add color thats like saying if you put gcn game in a wii it will give it motion controls
Yes the roof of Peach’s Castle is red. But it shouldn’t count in the New Super Mario Bros games because it’s in the background, and is therefore not being touched.
I hope these videos would have been main channel videos, now they just feel rushed and seeing him not try at all half the time makes me wanna pull my hair out lf my head.
i noticed that when you did the dont touch the color blue challenge, At Super Mario 3d World when cat peach slid down the pole you counted it as touching the flag which did have blue on it. But Then I Slowed Down The Footage To 0.5 playback speed and i stopped it at 33 minutes and 21 seconds into the part and saw that there was a tiny space in between the pole and the flag And When I Stooped It At 33 minutes And 21 Seconds After Slowing It Down And Zoomed In On Her Fingers, I Saw That Cat Peach's Fingers Never Touched The Actual Flag. It Slid Down Right In between The Pole And The Flag. You Could Have Technically Kept Going And Would Have Gotten Farther Than 2 Levels.
Correction: the object in question is allowed to contain the challenge color, if you dont INTERACT with the challenge color ex. The wings are also BLUE! well he didnt touch the blue part so screw you John
I love how the editing progressively gets more insane as the series develops
i wish there was a more established set of rules, things like the castle in the wii games shouldnt have counted since youre not really TOUCHING them.

Its nice to see that over the episodes, your editor has become more devious.

With Super Mario Wonder now out we need a "don't touch colours" video for that game.
The white one was absolutely brutal
End of the year = Compilation
backgrounds or bad hit boxes should not count. Period.
33:16 that is very stupid. Peach is technically not touching the blue part and if he already beat the first level that means he touched the flag before
Luigi, It Takes All Colors to Make a Rainbow... Except black.
Mario 1991
super mario world (tv series)
I didn't remember that joke Lmao, but that's gold.
Does anyone else have the feeling that he either TRIES to die or just purposely touches the specific color😂
I almost can’t watch this because of how mad I get when there are false failures
“Ope, Mario has touched himself”
- Bathaniel Nandy, 2020
In orange, the level got filled with water. It cried from how swag Bathaniel's voice was.
I loved this series, even though it was hard, Bathaniel kept going and making good progress
The fact that the red challenge came 2 years age makes me feel old and Tim Hansen also stopped doing zombies contents sense then
In SM3DL you can play as luigi and the checkpoint will turn green instead of red
You should try to beat both of the Land games without any colors but THIS time, you should do the DX hacks.
I guess by “Don’t Touch Red”, you meant “Don’t Touch Air”.
1:27:17 literally doesn't count. It's just THE LIGHTING doing that. The ground AIN'T actually changing colors man.
The white challenge is the most themed
The pink was brutal😂
The one time he doesn't tuch the color but still counts it
Don't Touch Yellow is usually coinless but harder
That’s true
And don't green is basically pipeless, Yoshiless and Luigiless.
Bathaniel: I am probarbly not going to run into any problems to start off with! Basically Every Flower in 1 - 1 *Turns, grinning.*
You should have made a rule where you can touch the ground (GREEN)
In mario galaxy 2 the giant blue starbit should not have counted because you cant controll mario then (help 😔🔵)
Y'all Remember the rocks the trees and the original boulders
yeah
Of course.

Mario sun shine... He touched brown not red.
You only touched the black ground in your "Can you beat Super Mario Land without touching white".
For don't touch red, I think it's technically impossible because Mario wears red in nearly every game and that means he is touching red.
He just said he's not gonna count that Cuz if he did these videos would've never been made.
@@Navy_Impostor the carpet and the self- touches shouldnt count either

You did not touch the wing in super mario world you touched the black outline (BLUE... for the third time...)
How does the background count if the character color (mostly) doesn’t?
He changed the rules to stop it from counting later in the video.
This is so cool!
I'd Build you a house rather than just leaving you in the outside.
Yes the roof of Peach’s Castle is red. But it shouldn’t count in the New Super Mario Bros games because it’s in the background, and is therefore not being touched.
OMG The og boulders- WAIT I MEAN ROCKS
Also in super mario 3 you did not touch the bolt (BLUE... again...)
btw, the cursor in mario galaxy 1+2 doesn’t count, even though it’s controllable, but whatever he touches with it counts
The castle is 2 miles away😂 you didnt touch it
Your editor is _vicious_
bn stop touching the castle in an no red run tbh
You really shouldnt count the ground or flowers (Flowers in the 8bit games is probably ok?)
The ground should be counted in my opinion because his rules say if it is interactable or in the foreground it counts.
It should not have counted when mario touch the flower at the end in super mario WII (OMFG AHHHHHHHHHHHH WHY BLUE AGAIN)
The "blue flower" in New Super Mario Bros. Wii looked gray to me.
