Wow that storm 😳 kinda ironic that there is a storm here today. Love you're new song wind on the boat 😅. Must of been weird going on your old 🚢. Good job in video it all can't wait for next week episode ❤😊😂
On the "hum". When I raced a Hobie 18 magnum such noise was very common in higher level winds. So common it was called the "Hobie Hum". The rigging and dagger boards caused it. We solved it by putting telltale streamers on the standing rig cables. We sanded the trailing edge of the dagger boards to silence them. Before solving it we had to yell to hear each other being just a few feet apart.
👍👍👍
Glad you made it through that mess safely. A sweet reunion with your cozy former home. Now if you can just catch a break from those winds.
The winds can be horrendous. It was nice getting back onboard Wildly Intrepid I. Thanks
Really enjoyed your Family Time today… John and Penny…. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks John and Penny

It was such a special feeling going on the old boat. It was nice have both wildly intrepid sailboats alongside.
Cruising. The highs are higher and the lows are lower. Well done.
That's exactly what it is. Good thing there are more highs
On my 30’, it’s the topping lift (main halyard) that hums. I usually tame it by adjusting the tension with main sheet.
We read about it but adjusting didn't change anything unfortunately.
Enjoyed your video. Went through a week of rig humming last winter there. Good holding in Cumberland Sound also.
Thanks. The humming gets so loud. We haven't had any since changing to wire. Cumberland has so many nice trails and things to see and do.

Oh my that sounds painful. Never thought of telltales that's a good idea. It went away with our new wire rig
