MUTTON BIRYANI KOLKATA STYLE || কোলকাতা স্টাইল মটন বিরিয়ানি বাংলা রেসিপি || EID SPCL RECIPE

Mutton biryani is a very famous mughlai dish.. In every city biryani is called by the name of the city like Hyderabadi biryani, Mumbai biryani, Kolkata biryani etc..
Here I am presenting the recipe of Kolkata mutton biryani..
Ingredients
Mutton 500gms
Basmati rice 300gms
2 eggs boiled
2 big potatoes
Biryani masala powder 2tspn
4 tblspn beaten yogurt
1 big onion
2 tblspn refined oil
2 tblspn ghee
2tspn lemon juice
3 inches cinnamon sticks
4 green cardamon
4 cloves
1 star anise
Half cup milk
1 bay leaf
1tblspn kewra water
2 pinch kesar food color
2 drops mitha atar
2 drops biryani essence

Thanks for this great recipe.We are in Canada and both myself and my wife tried lots of biriyani recipe but never comes good. This one we tried today and came up superb.
