If you get Service: Amazon S3; Status Code: 416; Error Code: InvalidRange its likely because you haven't uploaded the customers.json file to AWS which you can find in resources. The application adds leads to the customers file and so expects it to exist. Strange way or doing it, rather than creating individual lead objects in S3 but its how this example works. You'll also need to enable ACL's on the bucket.
