    We (12611) had a scrimmage with 16750 Technototes tonight. In this practice match, we scored 310 points, new world record (Nov. 19th 2021) for the FTC ftc freight frenzy 2021-2022 season. Here is the breakdown of the score:
    Autonomous: 102 points
    Duck Delivery: 10
    Freights in alliance hub: 6X6 = 36
    Freight bonus: 20 x 2 = 40
    Parking completely in storage: 6
    Parking completely in warehouse: 10
    Tele-op: 140
    Freights in alliance hub level 3: 16 x 6 = 96
    Freights in alliance hub level 2: 2 x 4 = 8
    Freights in shared hub: 9 X 4 = 36
    End game: 68
    Ducks delivery: 7 X 6 = 42
    Shared hub tipped: 20
    Parking completely in warehouse 6
    Game analysis and predictions:
    Potentials:
    1. Both team dropped 1 shipment in Teleops: 12 points
    2. TechNova did not pick up duck and deliver in the auto: 12 points
    3. TechNova lost a few seconds in the beginning of the end game, so they did only 7 ducks: 12 duck points + 6 parking points (18 points)
    4. Technototes could add 2 more cycles during Teleops and end game with better driving: 12 points
    5. No capping: 15 - 30 points
    Turret slides or other better design could add 2-3 more auto cycles, 3-6 more Teleops cycles. A faster duck delivery at the end game could allow double capping.
    Prediction:
    End season World Record prediction: 400 - 450 points. (putting everything together by two teams without defense in a real competitive match is very hard)
    Thank you for watching!
    FTC 12611 TechNova
    TLDR; Both TechNova & Technototes are using 13.7 : 1 drivetrain motors, encoders, distance sensors and roadrunner for auto. Technototes had a very consistent 4 cycle auto and TechNova had a solid 3 cycle auto.

    I am going to cry.
    Seeing the Technototes from day one, less than three years ago to now setting world records is truly one of the coolest experiences I have ever felt.
    Congratulations TechNova and the Technototes!!!

    Great score. I decided to see what my team plus one of your bots would get together (just to gauge how good my team is compared to world record), and I got that we would get about 272, so not bad.

    Amazing robots, guys!

    In your description, I noticed you said implementing "turret slides" would add more scoring cycles. What are these and what do they do if you don't mind me asking?

      Turret is a component that can turn itself. If you can mount a slide on a turnable turret, you only need to turn the turret to score without turning robot. That will make the score faster and increase more cycles. You can see our turret design in last season to understand what turret is: th-cam.com/video/rh7J9FiOBTo/w-d-xo.html

      Look at the bot doing blue's warehouse in this match, that's what turret slides are. th-cam.com/video/AZZ2X85WNzM/w-d-xo.html

    I really like that robot, it looks cool and performs really well too
    What do you guys use for vision though?
    Vision as in detecting your team marker's position.

    That’s crazy. How are you guys detecting when you intake multiple freight?

    We are in love with your robot. How did you guys make the lifting mechanism? Is it pulleys? Servos? Pistons?

    • @FTC12611TechNova
      @FTC12611TechNova  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Pulley by motor. Servo is too weak to lift so heavy objects.

      @@FTC12611TechNova But is It a Double pulley or Just one?

    • @FTC12611TechNova
      @FTC12611TechNova  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mateusbernart2101 Our current robot, we use 2 pulley to pull both sides of vertical slides up, no return string. A better design is: connect both sides of vertical slides using strong connection piece, then use only 1 pulley to pull 1 side of the vertical slide, then use another pulley to pull down the slide. What platform does Technototes use for coding their auto? Is it Roadrunner?

    • @FTC12611TechNova
      @FTC12611TechNova  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Technototes used their own library, not roadrunner.
