The Nissan you picked should have been compared to a Honda Touring or Elite not the base EX-L. I agree that the Nissan seats are very nice. I have leg circulation issues and have a honda Accord. The Pilot is the exact same seats. They are one of the few seats that cause issues. I have driven a few of the Nissan high end cars and love the seats even though I don't have any long testing with them. My issues with my legs show up in the first few minutes when I drive a car with bad seats soI'm assuming the Nissan seats may be one of the best.

the freaking pilot is belt driven and replacement should be around 60k while the pathfinder is chain driven and should be inspected not replace at 80k I work at Honda and that's the truth
Had a 2014 pathfinder it's a really nice SUV as far as looks but it had nothing but problems.. I finally upgraded to a pilot elite and couldn't be happier. And the review is between a elx pilot not an elite or Touring so people saying the Honda looks generic and cheap.. it's because it's a step above the base model and the pathfinder is a platinum. Like he said the Honda is really reliable no worries...

Nissan make great cars, but as long as they stick to CVTs, other manufacturers are always the better choice especially that there isn't any significant improvement in reliability.
Lol, people who only get their info from consumer reports really don't know about the longevity of a cars lifespan. The older Honda Pilots are not that reliable. My friends '05 Pilot had a complete engine failure at 200,000 miles. I know a few other people that hate the amount of issues they had with their Pilots in the past. My '03 LE Pathfinder has over 200,000 miles and is still running strong, would never sell it. The majority of Pathfinders are still on the road today and this is to atest to their reliability.

The Pilot lacks innovation in design & looks too boxy - its still only a step away from where the last shape pathfinder was ,which was great ,but the new pathfinder offers better aero dynamics & much more comfy interior
