It is possible to do this on some custom maps, where there is a ledge above deep water and falling into it will not kill the Survivor (see fact #47). However, you would need to use pills in mid-air as you would have 1 HP left from the ledge and would die instantly otherwise.
i remember finding this out forever ago and thought it was a super interesting solution, especially since you can hang on super low ledges where you wouldnt actually take any fall damage
Do you know why the fall screams are all low pitched when triggered by the game? If you use them manually with vocalizers they play at their normal pitch
My guess is 'realism'. Your tone of voice changes on how you are feeling. This is more evident in L4D1, where the pitch changes not only to falls, but to healing, being pounced by a Hunter etc.

The health boost? It's to stop the video from ending too soon.

What happens if a survivor reaches the end saferoom like this?
You start the next chapter normally with whatever health you had when the door closes.

Coach finished going on a bulk, but now he has to go on a cut

Play left 4 dead style mutation. You ll get ragdoll if you die

How you change character when play single player?
You need sv_cheats 1 then "sb_takecontrol Coach" to take over Coach.
