VBC recently completed a 150-room hotel outside of Berlin, Germany. VBC completed the modular portion of the build as well as the furniture. This resort hotel is operated by the Paraques Reunidos group.
Opened in Spring of 2024, the OHANA Lodges offer 150 fully furnished hotel rooms with three unique layouts. This project showcases VBC's comprehensive capabilities, by working in tandem with VBC's Polcom Furniture, the modules were able to be delivered on-site with fully furnished rooms. Utilizing VBC's factory-manufactured volumetric modular technology, the resort successfully met an ambitious construction schedule.
