You can define more than 100k but I will suggest to make the file with max 120k as well. Secondly we need to turn on multi threading which will import data faster rather just doing it with one single import.

Is that compulsary steps for import master data here in released product master data? I am trying to import the items in bulk, but error always come up with it

Excel is simple. You need to use export project first to obtain the fields list of an entity.

Hi Benji . The reason is that product creation entity is used to create products and the release product v2 data entity to update.
How did you create that excel template for product creation?. Manually or export from D365?.
We can export from Datamanagement
Export and then amend it.
