so my question is : in the last scenario "If we don't use MACVLAN, will we get a conflicting IP between devices ?

Hello Ali! The last scenario don't require Macvlan, the only reason to use it is for management purposes and see a different MAC per gateway. The scenario 1 and 2 won't work without MACVLAN.

imagina un escenario que el proveedor de internet me haga llegar el servicio por una interfaz wlan, crees que pueda tener multiples dhcp-client usando la interfaz wlan fisica y otras macvlan ????
