Hello, So I tried enabling that option in general setting, but in my case it is not showing number in queue and hangup message like yours. I need same functionality. I logged in by 2 different users in community in different browser and tried but I can see message you are next for some few secconds and then chat is left. Please suggest me the solution for this. We need to have a queue, I have the queue assigned to chat button.
Hello, I had one query, in my chatbot when no agent is available, it is redirecting to "no agent" dialogue. I want customer to stand in queue until agent is available. Agent can be offline or away or busy at that time customer should stand in queue and chat should not end. I have enabled queue for chat button and has enabled show queue position. Can you please suggest how this can be achieved?

@@salesforcedream Show queue postion checkbox. Through which we show the customer where they stand in queue.

Please try from Setup--) Agent configuration
