Concerning the flat shooting of the 6.5 in this game: I brought it to a test. Zeroed every rifle with the low setting at the shooting range in Hirschfelden, eliminated any shaking for best scientific comparison and shot every distance from 50 to 350m. The 6.5 didn't hit the target at 350m anymore. Compared to that, the 7mm hit the low "1", but the best flat shooting of a rifle for class 4-8 is the .270 - it reached a bit more than the solid "2" at 350m with a zeroing of 75m. The lowest bullet drop of all rifles came from the .22-250. It is outstanding, because on 350m it still hit the "6". Second is the .300 Canning Magnum with a low "3". Interesting: the .300 round has a different behaviour between the Canning Magnum and the Arzyna. Same for the .22LR and .223. The used weapon does matter! 🙂 Cheers!
I saw some rumblings on Reddit about 7mm zeroing being off. Seems to hit just fine. 😄 Although I think the issue was that zeroing 150m would actually be 300m.
I'm super excited for Barasingha, Blue Sheep,and Nilgai while trying to get tigers and hopefully snow leopard but the main animals imma grind for is the first 3 and hopefully Blue Sheep are class 4 cause I wanna take a diamond with 6.5
The Hyperion allows you to make quicker shots because you have a much bigger field of view so you can find the objective quicker, so if you are shooting long way, the Argus is your guy, for forest hunting the Hyperion
I once took out a mountain lion from I think 420-450 meters out he was so far out I couldn’t spot him through my binoculars and I couldn’t spot him through the spot I took 3 shots he didn’t run even tho he should’ve but the last shot went straight through both lungs and the heart I went up to him turn out he was a gold level 7 and even tho he wasn’t rare I put him in my lodge so that ever time I see him I can remember how far out he was
Had my first diamond whitetail in my sights today. I genuinely don't know why when I shot I missed, he was 75 m away and I had everything set. It was a clear shot and was perfect but it didn't freaking hit it!!! I have no idea what I did wrong. So I'm giving up on white tail for a bit and chase something else. It was my favorite rack too 😥
I you can find them again in the same area. Animals don't despawn. Sometimes, the game glitches and doesn't land a clear shot. Just go to that area or need zone, and you'll find him.
