    I have a question seller finance when property needs a rehab. Do i take out a separate funding to cover that cost ? Sell price is $230k with $10k down rehab & repairs $50k thank you

      It depends on what you want to do after you buy it on seller financing. Is it going to be a rental? Is it going to be sold to a tenant-buyer? Is it a property you're going to move into and live in yourself?

      @@jalabi99 Thank you for responding it most likely be a wholesale opportunity im in oklahoma. You don't see any one using the white board to show how a rehab situation ways to handle it. When it comes to wholesaling it or hold no one explains it. Thanks
