@@trevordance5181 I'm not sure but as far know ABC Weekend Television (or ABC UK) and Granada (which ran on the weekdays around that time) had Christmas versions of their station idents judging by the pictures Transdiffusion has on his Flickr account.
I think this was the Christmas ident for Rediffusion in 1967!

holy crap - this is the 1967 christmas ident! never knew there was original music composed for it - never knew it had an end caption version as well!
The ident variation was also used for Christmas 1966.
