Yeah, it's simple yet very fast car.
Do these cars have a dry sump so the engine oil doesn't move around to one side in fast corners and damage the engine?
No, they don't, but oil tank/pan is custom designed, so I don't remember issues with oil starvation.

Probably 25 by 25mm ERW 1.2mm wall, (which used to be 1" by 18swg)

Yeah, stock yamaha r1 or suzuki gsxr1000 engine. There is power commander for ecu, and some slight changes possible, but mostly stock yes.
