Excellent tutorial. You showed the finished product at the beginning and didn't waste time yakking about nothing! Love it ... right to the point and you did such a beautiful job on your pouch as well. Thank you so much. You are truly a gem!

Stacy. I just found your channel in the wee hours of the morning and I have been binging on your channel. You are an excellent teacher and let me say I have watched many many different sewing and quilting channels and YOU are the best. Like someone said you don’t assume we know anything about sewing or quilting and you give the 101 on everything. Thank You and continue to teach. Love what you teach and do. I will be supporting your channel Also thank You for the Juki Machine review and Juki Junkies. I’ve been watching them and waiting to take the plunge. You just confirmed it for me. I will let them know Stacy did it for me. !!!!! I’m a believer. 😂

Your channel is by far the best sewing channel I have watched! As a beginner I really appreciate your clear and thorough instructions more than you know!!!
Aww, thanks for such a sweet comment, Eden! 😊 It made my day! I’m so glad you find the instructions clear and helpful, especially as a beginner. Your support means a lot! 🌟
This is such a clear tutorial that shows and explains ALL the steps. So great for a true beginner. My daughter and i are going to make these for teacher christmas gifts with a gift card inside :)
I definitely recommend investing in the snap tool with the plastic snaps! I have never regretted the purchase. And thank you for doing this tutorial! I have been wanting to make this very thing for months and this makes it clear to my slow brain on how to do it❤
Glad you liked the ribbon idea for hanging, Ginger! 🌟 Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. I appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment. Happy quilting! 🌼
Hi! I just found you! I have set out some fabric and am ready to go. I'll be making these for Christmas and birthdays for the entire year! You're a great teacher! Thanks!
Thank you for a wonderfully easy method. I will be making them for my grandaughter. She has Type 1 Diabetes and this little pouch will be great for her insulin pump. I will be putting a waist strap on it with a side release clip attached.
Hi Stacey! Thank you for this easy to understand tutorial! I've been looking for a fast, easy to make but having a vinyl lining that I can adapt for reusable menstrual pads to put into small purses for girls that can't go to school in other countries one week a month because they don't have supplies. Our church ladies sew them up and put 5 in each purse but also need a small pouch for the soiled ones to take home and wash. This snap bag could work! We also use the hand-held snap tool for the pads so they can snap a pad under their underwear to hold them securely. I would use a larger pattern than the one for the gift card for sure. These are put in shoeboxes for Samaritan Purse ministries and we do them each year as an ongoing project.
Hi Marilyn! 😊 Thank you for sharing this incredible project-it’s such a thoughtful and impactful idea! ❤️ I’m so glad the snap bag tutorial might work for this purpose, and adapting it with vinyl lining is a great idea. What your church ladies are doing for Samaritan's Purse ministries is truly inspiring. ✂️🌟
Thank you!!! I am super new to sewing looking for rewarding but EASY projects to cut my teeth on, and this is perfect. You're so sweet and you don't assume we have a bunch of sewing knowledge so you ~explain~ things, it's wonderful!

I used your tutorial to make a credit card holder for the outside of my new phone pouch. It’s handy for those times when I don’t take a purse but still need ID and a CC. Thank you for an easy project.
You were so excited to get your sewing machine. I am wanting to get one also. Need to talk the husband into it. Thank you for the great video and wonderful enthusiasm.
Hi Stacey, so great to see you here! After scrolling though all types of videos I settled down to this and was surprised that I recognised you from a lifetime ago! Lucy and I were remembering the amazing party you threw for J many moons ago and the little monsters you made for party favours. You are such a talented lady and thanks for the video! Anna Ware, school mum from the shire xx
Hey Anna! Of course I remember you and Lucy! That is so funny that you stumbled across my videos. I hope you liked it! Happy sewing and thanks for leaving a comment and saying hi. I hope you guys are well. ☺️
Stacey, I love this tutorial. I’m excited to make several of these for our Lawn Party in October which is our biggest fundraiser at the nonprofit nursing home where I work. Also will make several for gifts and maybe some to sell!
I've been watching and trying to come up with a way to adapt these for an insulin pump. I wondered about a way to sew a small pouch directly to underwear that would house the pump for sleeping. I'm very very new to sewing so I may be thinking of something that would be too complicated. I am so so emjoying your tutorials and I thank you!
Sorry for not replying sooner Tonia. I don't see why it couldn't be sewn directly to underwear 😊 Perhaps start practicing by making a few of these pouches. Then try sewing one onto an old pair of underwear 😊
Love this, thank you! Plan to use the pattern to make air pod holders, may have to make it a bit larger or wider, but I think this will work well. Just received the Kam Snap kit, so ready to go! Made your charging cord holder with the snaps, perfect! Thanks again!
Such a cute little idea, Stacey! Another way to make a re-usable gift packaging item! Love it! Definitely going to make several. Thank you soooo much!🌻
Great video. Like you I needed to make a quick small purse and to match a bag I had made for a little girl. It looks great. Will definitely make again 😊

this might be a foolish question but...is interfacing the same as stabilizer? or can you use fusible stabilizer used in embroidery for this project?

Can you give us instructions so that, for example, the house doesn't turn upside down?
How do you get it so that the snaps don't come apart when trying to unsnap them? They like to self-destruct on me
