@@tomassaraceni No just just cut it into not so thick strips then season it with salt and a little bit of white vinegar then turn it into Jerky you can either sun dry it or use the meat dryer, drying the meat intensifies it’s flavor after having done so you then boil it and then because it had been dried it’s going to be hard to pull/shred so you would have to find a way to pound the meat and then after having successfully pounded, fry some onions in a pan and then add the meat in it … trust me it is very delicious this way .. do not add any other seasoning

I have never had it fried. Idk how to cook it yet still a child and all . Dad cooks it for me a couple times a year.
In my region in Botswana you have to dry it first then boil it, shred it and then fry it with some onions
