After 5 years SNP excuses for STILL NOT having an ERASMUS replacement programme

SNP still give excuses for not having a working replacement for the ERASMUS student exchange programme, unlike England and Wales.
Pam Duncan-Glancy highlighted the Welsh programme which has sent over 6,000 young people to different countries on their Taith exchange scheme.

Why bother with this mockery, questions posted in advance, responses read off a script by MSPs who neither give a $hit nor understand in detail what they are waffling about and FFs Brexit was 8 years ago, it's no longer a valid excuse - If the SNP can't govern with the powers they have - they aren't fit to run a country though they do seem very efficient in mis-placing funds intended for the agricultural sector and SNHS.

We are developing scheme…..Not a single number out of the minister. Let’s just try some Turing numbers for the 3rd year of the scheme 2023/4: 40,000+, 60% from disadvantaged or unrepresented groups, going as far as Canada, India and Japan but also including popular destinations such as Spain and France. Not just to 27 EU countries but to 159 participating in Turing. Scots can benefit from Turing but the minister of course won’t be telling Holyrood for instance about students from Bellahouston Academy, Glasgow who visited forested outskirts of Reyjavik to find out more about COP26 environmental concerns, just too embarrassing.

"EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen had recently said the only way Wales could continue with the Erasmus scheme was if the "whole" of the UK rejoined." It will be defunded by Westminster like any Devolved initiative
