    Can you thin the batter with a little water without ruining the batter?; I like thin pancakes. ....Great recipe; Thank you

    Wait, you didn't use any oil or butter? Just flour, cinnamon, leavener, almond milk, vanilla, honey?

    Is it required to add honey or can it be substituted?

      Metroid250 You can substitute agave for the honey. Agave is sweeter and more liquidy though, so starting with 1 1/2 tablespoons is a good bet.
