PLEASE can you make a video on how to do this for Peugeot 308 T9 with electric handbrake, without putting vehicle into maintenance mode? I do not have diagnostic device
It can be done without the software tool. Just remove the motor from caliper (two T30 if I remember correct), remove caliper as above, then use a T40 to screw in the piston with same screw as the motor uses while pushing in the piston gently. After refitted, it will adjust itself.
Must check lateral runout of wheel hub and of course brake disc.. Using any type of grease on wheel hub is not allowed. Because it is a friction joint. Wheel hub must be mirror clean. Disc fixing screw must be tighten to 10 Nm. Caliper mounting support to the axle 100 Nm. Caliper screws on guide pins 30 Nm. Wheel screwa 95 -100 Nm. Piston can be screwed down after removing electro motor 2 x hex 10Nm. Flush trough bleeding screw 6Nm
