I've had the bike out twice since I posted the video. Mostly single-track. Some narrow and technical, most wider and slightly more flowing, but all in woods. Lost of woops and lots of sand. Bike seems to handle well and I'm pleased with it.
definitely looks stiff. All that matters is if it feels good though. Try pushing the bike down from where the seat ends and gas tank starts because there is the balance point. If it isnt compressing the same amount on both sides, its imbalanced and will definitely feel bad when riding.

Looks fine, go hit some logs and chop, see how it feels. It should not be a pillow when you're siting in the driveway pushing not it, etc. ...
