His conclusion was that Siyeon one of the weakest main vocalists in kpop. Fate of the the internet, always someone saying the silliest of things.

F+?? the hell. he kept doing this push and pull thing between criticism and compliments acting like he himself is a vocal prodigy, guy even used dreamcatcher's songs as bgm acting as if "oh yeah im a fan btw, just giving out constructive unpopular opinions about siyeons voice, love her but yeah". the whole video was so passive aggressive to the point that it felt like he just wanted to be a villain for some attention. idk music jargons so all i can say is that i like her voice cuz its different and that should be more than enough reason to stan

Dreamcatcher = the best group ever because they are 7 vocalists, 7 rappers, 7 dancers, 7 visual, 7 crackheads, 7 extras, 7 biases, 7 bias wreckers, 7 BFF, 7 happiest K-pop idols etc. They are the definition of super talents and perfection.
Dreamcatcher, Mamamoo and Red Velvet are the only girl groups I’ve noticed where the majority of them are good vocalist not where one is really good and the rest are average recently. (This is what I think, y’all may think differently and that’s fine)

Its clearly their passion. They dont sing only for money. Theyre having fun. They loves what they doing. They cover a lot. They sing a lot. They tried many concepts. They got cheated on. They sing live. They dance like hell. They sings live in studio quality. They fan service a lot. They can sing in any genre. They have good ballads. They have good metals. They have good edms. How many live stages do they need to put out to convince people otherwise? They can all 1000% sing. Now, some members are still of course, technically better than others. But, they have set such a high bar for even their RAPPER line.
And, I maintain that Siyeon is low key one of the best vocalists of 3rd gen. She's not only powerful, but unique. No one else can pull off a rock anthem song quite like her.

I'm super glad other members are singing more lately, SIyeon and Yoohyeon getting lesser lines is also great because others can show their skills and develop their skills while SIyeon and Yoohyeon can do non chorus parts and show off their versataility and actually REST their voice in the performances. As much as I love "what", the whole song is an extended belt after belt and she gets zero rest.

i can't believe people think dc can't sing (or think siyeon is the only one who can sing in the group)
i've been stanning since their debut and they've come a long way. especially handong and gahyeon. both of whom don't get that much lines (scream era is where gahyeon finally got to shine a little bit and deja vu era is where handong got more than one word on a song lol).
Sua doesn't get much credit for her vocals as well for some odd reason and i also applaud Dami who is not only their rapper but a vocalist as well. I think overall, they're a group full of vocalist and i think once they start doing solos (which with siyeon's solo song, i think it'll happen down the line), people will be able to fully see their vocal abilities

Dreamcatcher is the only group that i haven't heard people bashing them for can't singing live / doesn't have good vocalists. Tbh, i have stanned so many gg before, and really, Dreamcatcher is the most talented out of all gg i have stanned. This is one of the reasons why i willingly to spend on Dreamcatcher's album/merchs. Because they made me feel "oh, these girls deserved my money so bad". Sadly, with this talent, they still haven't achieved their first win.
I know siyeon, yoohyeon, Jiu is main and lead vokal. But sua is golden member in DC she can do everything, handong voice is good i know she is good singer, and Dami + gahyeon is good too tobe line vocal. Honestly for me it's hard to choice who is good singer in DC, but my favorite member is Dami😁

There is something I must say. In Dreamcatcher we have beautiful voices with great potential but some are very wasted and personally I think Handong's voice is the most wasted. The color of his voice is beautiful, but her voice is the one with the least presence in each song. I don't know if it's because of her nationality or why maybe she has less experience. I do not know. What is a fact is that if she worked more on her voice to exploit the great potential she has. and also given more opportunity to show his talent we would have another star of a very high level in the group.Hopefully this happens when she returns to Korea and can show how great she is as a singer.
Everyone knows Handong is a great singer. That’s why she has most of the hooks and bridges. She does have the least experience in the group but I think it more of a voice color/tone thing. Handong dominates a lot of b sides and the slower songs that DREAMCATCHER does. Is it always the most lyrics? No. But is it the most memorable parts? Yes. And I think that should count for something.
Obviously everyone wants their favorite to stand out in the comebacks and Handong does deserves her time in a comeback, but let’s not say her voice is “wasted” because that’s definitely not it. We just want her to get her time to shine like the rest of these women.

Among the magnificent 7, there are people who mentioned that Jiu's voice is the weakest. I don't see it that way, I think her voice brings the softness to their songs, hence compliments it. The Deja Vu acoustic version is where their voices really shines.
