Nice weekly videos. 👍... Would you be able to make monthly videos on what you are seeing in the St Louis market at different price points, any trends, number of offers on homes for sale, asking vs sold price etc ... thank you

I recently build a pub bar in my summerhouse. Sick of UK sport I decided to pick something new! My pub is The Roadhouse - Rhythm & Brews. So with zero knowledge of Hockey. I picked a team that matched my bar St. Louis Blues! I have 4 years of games to watch, to get into the spirit of it I have been looking up the city and county. Found your vids and must say they are absolutely brilliant. Not only do they help with house purchase but really give a sense of what it is like to live in this environment. Wales is gods country, very beautiful but I think St Louis is by far the best looking city I’ve seen in a long time. Love the Victorian brick homes, then you got country farms in Defiance etc. Awesome work and fantabulous series. Thx 👍✌️

I love Lafayette Square. When I move I'll be looking for an apartment near there either in that neighborhood or in neighboring McKinley Heights, Fox Park, or Compton Heights.

What restaurant would you suggest with teenagers in a pre-Cardinals game meal? They love really old historic buildings so this area sounds perfect.

Sqwires, Square One, and 1111 Mississippi are some of the highest reviewed places! I'd look them up to see which menus and atmosphere seems like the one you'd rather go to

@@LivingStLouis thank you! For some reason I thought Lafayette Square was an unsafe area but it looks really nice. Thank you!

It used to have a very different reputation before it started getting "restored" Soulard is another great place to go for food and pretty close to get to the stadium after!

But we don’t pronounce it as La F eye Et, it’s more like La Fee Et.

I agree with you. His mispronunciation is annoying. It is pronounced: La-Fee-Et.

Love your video if anyone wants to see the inside of these beautiful homes you can go to the spring tour or Christmas 🎄 tour of the homes. All the money they make goes towards beautifying the community in the Sqaure

Hey my name is carter and I’m moving to St. Louis . I’m 14 and I’m a little worried about the crime I know ladue and Kirkwood and areas like that are safe I was just wondering is it safe to go to a hockey game at night ? Because there is a lot of downtown shootings and road rage . Like what if we drive on the highway my dad honks and sth happens I’ve just seen it a lot on the news even 4 hrs ago road rage shooting . And a lot of downtown shooting .

STL wasn't named the 3rd most dangerous city in the country for nothing... Chances are going to and from a hockey game is relatively safe. I don't go downtown anymore, I don't feel safe. If you look at the crime maps, it's unbelievable the amount of petty crime that happens downtown (cars break-ins, assaults, robbery, etc).

After cards and blues games its pretty well policed and you are fine walking back to your lot I've never had trouble and done it dozens of times

I grew up in st. Louis. The majority of crime happens in North St. Louis. You should be fine going to a hockey game. Every big city has crime, but if you stick with a group of people and park close to the game, you should be fine. I've been to several Cardinals games and never had a problem.
