Really helpful one...could you explain the " passport stamp from commercial bank" part a little more while exchanging/ bringing cash...
It's just a small bank stamp on the last page of your passport verifying that the currency you have exchanged is legal.

You can only bring up to $1500 (cash). For your tuition, you can bring a bank draft/traveller's cheque from any commercial bank in Nepal. Please talk to your bank in this regard.
