Back in 1987, Al was introduced to the Crippled Herring , at a Detroit fishing show, and the rest is history. The Crippled Herring was originally designed for salmon in the Pacific Northwest. Pretty sure it was around the middle of September. I think I walked by these boats on my way back to the parking lot one morning. Was a nice day like this one. I know I fished the river after Sept. 10th.

There is a legal limit.... You keep what you are aloud! They aren't coming close to hurting the population lol

And they're not native. But I suppose now they are. Anyways salmon are not native and they taste good. Throw back Lakers they are the native kings
