Hey, Sophie! I would love an in-depth review on the the reformulated Lolita Lempicka. I was a big fan of the original and I’m curious to know your opinion on the re-release.
I'd love to see a review of the new lolita lempika. I remember years ago when it used to be at Sephora I used to spray it I love the smell and have thought about it for years. Now it's hard to find in the us.
You can get it on fragrance net for quite cheap they have all the sizes and you can order a sample to try if you like it. I have the newer one and I love it the old bottles are hard to find. Good luck
The reformulated lolita lempicka is not a patch on the old version I believe it's a big let down with LL fans and has now been reformulated again as it was a big disappointment Does not come near the original seems watered down My favourite licorice fragrance is Ange ou demon. Absolutely stunning with the liquorice and aniseed juniper white lily aromas
It smells like cotton candy on me. Whenever I would wear it people would say what smells like cotton candy? Although I love the smell, I had to get rid of it.
For me the two most prominent scents right from the start is cotton candy and licorice. And I think many people notice it but it's just not mentioned outright. It's the burnt sugar smell people always talking about. ;) It's warm sweetness in a bottle.
There is a flea market near me with an insane amount of authentic perfumes, even discontinued ones. I watch your reviews and then go in there to try in person otherwise it would be too overwhelming to go in there.

I love Licorice perfumes! I’ve own a few of these. I believe Mon Guerlain EDP contains Licorice as well. Elie Saab GON shine smells of it too but I prefer Dior Hynotic poison over it.

Licorice smells amazing to my nose and Diesel Loverdose is one of my favorites (I already have a backup even though I haven't finished the first bottle yet), everyone says that LL is heavy on licorice but I can't smell any in it, maybe it is just my reformulated version? I get the poison ivy note, slightly green but not sweet at all, anybody else?
Thank you for making this video :) licrorice is one of my fav “dark-side” notes. I love Lolita limperka and hypnotic poison edt and loverdose. They are so addictive and seductive. I don’t like eating licorice ( the black ones , the red raspberry ones are quite nice) , they taste like star anise, a type of spice commonly used in lots of SE Asian food.

I enjoy licorice when its sweetened up. I dared to try Kenzo's L'elephant just because it had licorice. BAD idea. Lol I had such a horrible internal reaction..it made me instantly nauseous 😩. Its a BEAST. lol

But I will like to add that in my nose Kim Kardashian true reflection, guess double dare, Paco Rabanne one million and Ellen by Ellen Tracy also do smell along those lines I don't think they have this note in them perce but that's what I get😅 anyway thank you I will check these out! What would you recommend as a high quality alternative for vanilla bean Noel from bath and body works? I love the strong vanilla, sugar cookie scent but I wasn’t something that lasts longer than 15 minutes!!
I live that I found this video I am here after running out of my third bottle of the original Lolita Lempicka I’m heartbroken that that the formula was changed I find it so different! After loosing my smell to Covid a year now!! I really want another bottle ov this I have not worn any perfume in this time but I can say it’s slightly returning thank god, but cannot find the original anywhere. Can you or any of your lovely followers please recommend anything similar or a dupe to the original Lolita Lempicka ? Xx

The new Lolita Lempicka is terrible. The reformulation is a big fail. The violet is gone and it's really noticable.

In the drydown I get the smell of the licorice stick and the same with Diesel Loverdose...I don't however notice it in Black Opium

I have the travel size V&R Flowerbomb Nectar and though it can smell sickly sweet/yummy/strong, I don't get licorice from it.
