Yes I believe the creator(s) went on to found their own animatronics company in ohio That's still around & pretty successful making large animated commercial displays
Imagine this character coming to life in Night at the Museum. Just picture him trying to escape and he cobbles some invention together with the assorted tech inside the machine.
So There was supposedly 10 made, I have 2, David Copperfield has 1, 1 in Mechanical Marvins Museum , 1 at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk , 1 in Jungle Jims International Market in Ohio So that's 6 of the 10 . Not sure if they're all still in their locations but They built them pretty sturdy. My other one Runs on DOS whatever windows was in the mid to late 80's
I looked them up They say they've been in business appx 25 years My guess is one or more of the founders made the brain before forming the actual company That matches what I've heard in the past

That is strange. Must've been expensive, that's a complicated animatronic. That will be a conversation piece in the museum.

Always loved the brain. I have seen a few videos of it in the past on youtube. Now if I could just remember where they were located.

I thought Styx was in the Netherlands.
