Browser extensions for fragrance site shopping is a great idea. I like how Manny has an in depth technical knowledge and behind scenes knowledge of fragrance world.
Only bad experience I had with fragrancenet was when I ordered a bottle of Molecule 02, and it showed up wrapped and full presentation...with a completely empty bottle. They gave me a full discount for it though
Great job on this, boys! Personally, I have had no issues using online discounters. I usually use Fragrancenet. They take longer to ship, but when they do, I live in NY so I typically get my order in 2 days.

feel ya... though i learned it quite swiftly... i bought my first 2 fragrances in a departement store and then realised that i could have bought them for half the money online...
Luckily I only bought one at retail before I learned!
Growing up poor af, I started off getting my first fragrances at Marshall's and graduated to discounters, I don't pay retail for anything 😂
Dang I can’t afford to always buys retail. But I have learned the tricks and tips to get what i want for cheap. Or rather cheapER. The best is when someone just didn’t like a fragrance that I love and they’re willing to sell it for much less. Getting a bottle of Niche for $100-$150 less is a beautiful thing.

Great podcast! I found this topic to be more interesting than the last one as well. I use fragrancex as I live in the middle east shipping takes a while for sure hahaha. Still worth it!
Best deal for me was a tester of PDM Layton for $135. You can still get full presentation for $145 but I have no need for boxes.

The following should have more subs and I don't know why they don't: Vegas Scents , SoCal Scents (love their concept .and have improved their camera skills), Pulz Points ( Dude the vibe ..kool ) . I scored a 100ml bottle of YSL Y EDP on fragrancenet for $45. It was on the new arrival section too. That’s the best deal I’ve ever found.

I tried to order JV Dark Rebel from Fragranceroom. I also ordered Azzaro Pour Homme. They shipped the APH, canceled JV DR and never communicated with me. It’s 2020, get an inventory system that works!
If you go to an online craft store craft store you can typically find those stands BVGARI frags.
IIRC they are called titled easel or display stands

I bought Herod from the official Parfums De Marly website with Demi's code. 5 days later they message me that they had an "inventory error" but they kept my payment anyway, so I asked for a refund lol. Meanwhile people already got their order I guess I wasn't a priority...
I hear people complain about shipping delays on fragrancenet all the time, but I have always gotten my orders SUPER FAST - as fast as 2 days, usually 3 or maybe 4 days. I live in NJ and maybe that's why? (the only time it took a little longer was at the beginning of Covid, but they're fine now) I have not purchased from fragranceX yet because Fragrancenet is always cheaper. Speaking of fakes, when I comment on a channel to try fragrancenet, I've gotten people tell me they've received fakes from them. I never have, everything is authentic. There are many reasons you can find fragrances discounted and the bottles are legit. People need to remember the markup is extremely high on beauty & fragrances, so the discounters are still making pretty decent money on these bottles. Thanks for video guys! Take care, Ginny😘😘😘

Aren't there 3rd parties services in the EU which can forward Notino purchases? IDK if the discount are worth it when the 3rd party costs are included but I imagine there maybe cases where it is. But personally tho I feel Chanel is overhyped aside form Coromandel.

I've 2 tips: 1- try to not talk in paralelo, sometimes It get hard to understand
2- If you Guy make some cuts like in a real podcast, i think It'll get more "flow" and probable cutoff a few minutes

Explain to me how Fragrancex/Perfume.com a few months ago was selling the 5 oz. Azzaro Wanted by Night (or just Wanted- can't remember which) for cheaper than the 3.4 oz bottle? Someone on Facebook mentioned that the 5 oz. they received wasn't as strong as they had hoped.
This would be even better if Studio scents were to feature anyways great videos and thank you for helping me on my frag journey!

Not sure if you guys use Rakuten, but it has 1% & 2% cashback on purchases from Fx & Fnet. With the money I'm sure you guys are spending that can add up quickly. Love the podcast, there are so many more things to talk about than just the fragrances themselves! It would be great to see this as a separate YT channel?
When you want to use cashback sites, the first places to check for the best percentages are Cashbackmonitor and Cashbackholic. It seems like Rebatesme is now the best for Fragrancex with a 5% back CB. I'm not sure if I would trust Iconsumer. Their cb rate looks too high:

On a website here in Romania, there was a sick deal for testers on all the fragrances from the Essence line by Ferrari... I said "Meh... they are just 10$ each... I'll buy them all.. It won't be a huge loss" and they ended up being authentic... And I got 5 fragrances from the Essence line (including Leather Essence) for 50$

I got 50 ml Creed Bois Du Portugal for 60 bucks from fragnet. The listing was deleted after I bought it but they still sent it luckily.
Fragrancenet still has the Ebay 95% drops from time to time. I bought a 100 ml of Burberry Touch for $10 and and a women's Obsession edp for $7 along with a few others.

Great video fragrancex is fast but recently I had two orders and since some items were out of stock after I ordered they held up my order for over a week . so I had reach out to them 5 times via email before I got an answer. And there phone number is a joke they don't answer at all now I'm still waiting for a refund.
I just had ForeverLux send me a used bottle of Red Vetiver it had about 20ml missing...
I've always wondered about that site. They have a website and an Ebay store with a load of positive feedback (which I never trust).

Retail prices are awful . I wish i knew online discounters years ago
never had any real horror stories with discounters. notino was my fave place to order from. sometimes their frags would arrive the next day. it was great. i did receive a few bottles with busted caps or sprayers but the customer service was excellent. they were also the only ones selling ferrari bright neroli for a long time. as for testers, if i want to know if they come with a cap i just look on ebay to see people selling their testers. theyll usually have a real photo of the bottle and youll see if they have a cap or not.
Notino sells bleu de chanel here in Sweden but It s at least as expensive as retail.....

This is from a recent order with about... 30bottles in the order.
A few were sold as "fullpres" arrived with the plastic wrapper completely off and residue visible inside the cardboard lip.
I said whatever to those bottle as they were sub-$100 bottles.
The Amouage bottle is where I drew the line.

Haha FragranceX sent me a bottle of Valentino Uomo Intense that was supposed to be new with 1/3 of the bottle used already lol. I've never had any problems with any other discounters though.

They used to share the same boyfriend who they both thought was a woman. When the lipstick and wig was taken off it turned out to be Carlos. Also known as Brooklyn Fragrence Lover. So they kind of have a lot of tension due to the lovers triangle.

I think it usually is, just based on their prices. But fragrancenet has a 35% discount code that generally makes them a bit cheaper. RENG7 is the 35% discount code.

Fragrancenet 90% percent of the time every time i purchase a niche fragrances or top designer fragrances they have had different batch codes from bottle and box so means was re-packaged and it has a weird smell or has absolutely no projection or longevity. But all the cheaper fragrances like 40 dollar's and under always legitimate" so stop buying from them,
The only time I would buy anything that's top shelf from Fragrancenet is if it's not available elsewhere in the USA. I've even had a cheaper fragrance sent to me that was obviously repackaged. Why would you stop buying from Fragrancenet if you're happy with the $40 and under purchases?

I've recently found a site called "The Perfume Spot". Smaller selection than the big boys, but if they have what you want, prices are very competitive and shipping is always free, even on a $20 bottle.
