How does one develop a nose for floral and lemon zest, when smelling coffee? Same for taste, I hear people commenting on chocolate flavors, and when I smell and taste the same coffee, i usually just taste good, or bad coffee - it never goes beyond that.
that was the same problem I had. I bought my machine and start dialing in. it develops with time. At first I could only tell if the coffee was more chocolatey or more woody. I did different blind tests with single origin coffees and improved starting by that

All the GS/3 MP vids I've watched complain about the lack of finesse with the flow rate.
