🍊 My 2024 word of the year is "intentionality", which you mentioned a lot in this video! This year I felt that I let so much time pass me by, spending it scrolling endlessly watching 'shorts' on my phone, scrolling on social media, watching television, etc. I constantly felt as though there weren't enough hours in the day to do the things I want to do to better myself, when in reality I wasn't being intentional with how I spent my time, and my "5 minute breaks" often became hours. The goal is to be more intentional with my time to achieve a better balance with work, my health, and my relationships ❤
