Isabelle I am a nurse and I see people who struggle to take tablets everyday. If you want to start taking tablets the two best ways to "disguise" them is to add the tablet in two halves to a thickened liquid like ice cream or yoghurt and swallow the tablet in there, OR crush up the tablet in a plastic bag or mortar and pestle and add to a thickened liquid like above. Doing this will mean you still get the exact dose of whatever medications you need. Love you guys!

Tip for you Isabelle with swallowing tablets! Either get the paracetamol ones that come in the plastic capsules as they are easier anyway, and then it is easier to swallow a tablet with a fizzy drink! (a little excuse to have something fizzy too!) You're a lovely family, keep doing what you do!xx

I had the orthodontist again today and I have to have more moulds done next Thursday then I’m getting a retainer, but my orthodontist isn’t exactly helpful because he said ‘we’ll put on your retainer then see where we go from there’ so I have no idea what’s going to happen during my treatment. Sophie’s orthodontist told her everything that was going to happen during her whole treatment on the first appointment 😂💖 xx 😘 MWAH 💋

Hi Sarah I have Crohn’s disease and suffered from cold sores ALL the time due to a weakened immune system (not sleeping well can do this too!) the doctor prescribed Aciclovir to take orally and I haven’t had one since! Just thought it could help while you aren’t able to sleep well xx

I have the same problem as Issie, I struggle to swallow tablets, I’d recommend Calpol fastmelts, they’re strawberry and melt in your mouth so you don’t have to swallow them 💖💖

Hi Isabelle, if you fill up your mouth 1/2 full of water and are swallowing a tablet, you can pop a tablet into your 1/2 water mouth tip your head back and let the tablet get to the middle and swallow. If it's a capsule that floats you still have 1/2 water in your mouth but tip your head forward. I hope this helps, it's helped a few friends. I wish you all the best!

For taking a tablet if you struggle, this helps a lot of people - Eat half a biscuit (or bread) and before swallowing, put the tablet in your mouth and then swallowed it all then have a drink. Use the capsules as well, they go down easier.
Hey Sarah, I love the shoes they are amazing and HELL YES! You can wear them being a mum of 4 and 33 lol!. I suffer badly with coldsores and ulcers and apparently taking vitamin B helps which I have only just started and it seems to be the case. Chris’ face at the picnic basket was a picture! I love how excited the girls are about the fruit pots lol. Isabelle should try taking tablets with milk apparently that’s a lot easier ☺️
Chris you should do a prank on Sarah by saying you sold peppa when really you've only like parked it down the road, I think it would be really funny and good to get her back seen as though she always gets you xx
My son had trouble taking pills but would always spit up the liquid! I went through lots of trials to figure out what would work. We finally found that if he put water in his mouth and hold it there and then tip his head back and drop in the pills or tablets he would swallow and then drink more to get it down. He still does this at 13 it's the only thing that works. I have told other friends who were having trouble with their kids and now they do the same and it works. I hope that helps you Isabella! Hugs

I’m 18 and still can barely swallow tablets. Try using something with a flavour or fizz so like a fizzy drink or even cup of tea it’s makes it so much easier for me ❤️ Also take a mouth full of the drink then put the tablet in then take another sip and swallow so doesn’t stick to your tongue ❤️

I have the same problem as Issie, I struggle to swallow tablets, I’d recommend Calpol fastmelts, they’re strawberry and melt in your mouth so you don’t have to swallow them 💖💖

Hi Isabelle, if you fill up your mouth 1/2 full of water and are swallowing a tablet, you can pop a tablet into your 1/2 water mouth tip your head back and let the tablet get to the middle and swallow. If it's a capsule that floats you still have 1/2 water in your mouth but tip your head forward. I hope this helps, it's helped a few friends. I wish you all the best!

Sarah I'm 30 and wear glittery shoes etc and denim jackets 😀 I'll always wear funky stuff ✌🏻️lol. Isabelle try drinking lots before taking a paracetamol tablet, also I know fizzy drinks are not good but sometimes that helps after taking it. 👍🏼 xx

For taking a tablet if you struggle, this helps a lot of people - Eat half a biscuit (or bread) and before swallowing, put the tablet in your mouth and then swallowed it all then have a drink. Use the capsules as well, they go down easier.

Hey Sarah, I love the shoes they are amazing and HELL YES! You can wear them being a mum of 4 and 33 lol!. I suffer badly with coldsores and ulcers and apparently taking vitamin B helps which I have only just started and it seems to be the case. Chris’ face at the picnic basket was a picture! I love how excited the girls are about the fruit pots lol. Isabelle should try taking tablets with milk apparently that’s a lot easier ☺️

I have the same problem with the paracetamol xx your not alone xx 😘
My son had trouble taking pills but would always spit up the liquid! I went through lots of trials to figure out what would work. We finally found that if he put water in his mouth and hold it there and then tip his head back and drop in the pills or tablets he would swallow and then drink more to get it down. He still does this at 13 it's the only thing that works. I have told other friends who were having trouble with their kids and now they do the same and it works. I hope that helps you Isabella! Hugs

I’m 18 and still can barely swallow tablets. Try using something with a flavour or fizz so like a fizzy drink or even cup of tea it’s makes it so much easier for me ❤️ Also take a mouth full of the drink then put the tablet in then take another sip and swallow so doesn’t stick to your tongue ❤️
