As a spiritual practitioner the mediator must focus only on devotion, service to his/her Guru, spiritual meditation, follow the conduct rules of a sadhaka. Spirituality is Dharma and "Dharmasya sukshma gatih". So transformation will naturally come but in a duration of time. Patience is the first to observe Dharma. And for kundalinii it's not about once. Everyday a person does mantraghat in meditation. That he is in the process of awakening it up. More over a sadhaka may fall down even having awakened the kundalini. Again s/he needs to raise it up.
@@Dada_Shubhrajananda . Thank u Dada I already took 3rd lession & my Acharya also told me don't go the meaning of Bijaa Mantra only focus on your Chakra. I ask this question because so many people sharing their kundalini experience so I want to know is he is right or not??
