There is excess freezing in freezer and ice is forming all over the freezer. The fruits are turning solid, there is water on every item including vegetables. Its been 3 days since i bought the Whirlpool 3 door fridge. I have set the freezer and the middle part levels to medium. What should I do?

Isme timer hai piche box. Jo kharab hua to 3.5k ka ata hai .bug yeh model fail hai..main khud jhel raha hu isko.
