I just understood why installation guys are really required: Their primary job is to ascertain whether there is any damage to the product while in transportation. So it is always advisable to let them open the box and record their remarks, in case if the exchange is required

We too ordered this refrigerator 330 litre in March 2020 from Amazon.the box was cut not lifted.the unboxing was done by Amazon agents
Wait for sometime then this same fridge will start giving you issues. I have the same model in 330l black color purchased in 2018..now in i have spent 7k on repairs..cooling issues..sensor issues. Triple door refrigerators are not good for long run. Spending 35k nd not even 10yrs nd already spent 7k in repair.

The vegetable drawer is the biggest advantage, however. However, a bottom freezer and a vegetable tray on top would have been ideal.

1. No adjustment in shelf
2. it's just lamp light not LED.
LED light give best visible to see your food conditions and great looking..
3.mainly no next gen inverter compressor
4.middle side door rack are not suitable for middle class people.
Its tough to handle when use for fruit jam/ketchup bottles.
5. No convert able mode Top freezer will eat our money when you try to fill the breezer ( ice cream/ frozen foods).
The Best option is its contain big veg box nearly 32 ltr with separate fresh air...
