This album is a true masterpiece! But you know what really amazes me: the track called Yagonahh resembles a lot in terms of rhythm and melodic line with a type of romanian folk music called "sarba". When my grandmother first heard the song she automatically thought it was romanian traditional music and couldn't believe me when i told her it was actually japanese rock
icetroll00 You are never alone! Ma bucur ca si alti compatrioti de-ai mei asculta trupe japoneze mai putin cunoscute dar a caror muzica este intr-adevar patrunzatoare si inedita
i agree, they probably listen to romanian folk for sure...old traditional music is the best really.....so much good stuff we can explore all buried.....
I find this music to be very soothing or maybe healing...? I found this through the comments on Neptunian Maximalism's 'Eons' album. Both of them are cathartic and visceral in their own ways, but this contains more high winds of the upper atmosphere where the air is thin and cold but the sun is close whereas Eons seems to exist farther out- in the airless, sunless, gaseous realms of outer space
I believe part of the experience is the personal interpretation of the lyrics. Especially given how much the band's pronounciation varies from the official lyrics (being that they're Japanese, they switch their L's and V's with R's and B's quite regularly; there are other examples as well).😄
Funny up until 94 I collected all things yoshida tatsuya and I missed. Probably the best thing he did yet. Recalls and recollects so many things prior heretofore

+Ioana Cristina I always thought that song is kinda Ottoman-esque.
To be fair, its undoubtedly inspired by the traditional music of that region, But rock driven.

This is one of the most musically rich and thoroughly joyous things ive ever heard
If you love this kind of music I highly recommend Bubu - Anabelas (The album). It's heavily king crimson, frank Zappa, magma, Stravinsky inspired.
何もミュージシャンが熟練している、と彼らは「マグマ」であるこの素晴らしいフランスの形成へのオマージュにし、追加しないように - 「Zeuhl」をまだ重要な弟子を持っていると時間がカウントされません。

3:54 climax
I don't understand this music, I've got a feel for how they compose songs but it's bizarre and discordant rhythmically.
It's a mix of traditional folk with classical technique. The energy largely comes from the texture and drums instead of the actual composition and rhythm.
It's a bit different from the original release.
+w4lr6s remastered
and it's a new mix.
there's just a Kyrie
Are they singing in kobaian too?
Akron162 it's yoshida tatsuya's own gibberish language - definitely inspired by magma though
Probably the language used in Ruins
14:54
„Drubben Zeuhl ehndost lindai!”
- Kōenji Hyakkei, 1994
Are some lyrics in japanese or full kobaian? (Except Kyrie)
Full Kobaian

Esta mierda es increible
No, you will not find "that" Zoltan here...
whats with the koenji obsession
百景あるから
What language is this at all
Tatsuya Yoshida's made-up gibberish
Kobaian
