A good telling of this tale! There are two other versions I have heard. In one, the king wins the chess game, but the death knight warns him that he does not want to claim the prize. The king defies the knight, who leaves. The king does not age beyond that point, he does not die, ever. He remains on the throne for generations, watching as his own family dies, and as people die around him. Finally he sees his kingdom fall in a war. He wander the world alone, deathless. Finally he happens upon the Death Knight, and begs him for mercy, admitting that no man should live forever. The Knight grants him mercy and takes him. The second version is about a Knight, who returns from the Crusade, only to find his home destroyed and his family dead. Death appears and calls him. But the knight does not want to give up. He challenges Death to a chess game. If he wins, he lives. Death accepts, but tells the knight that he must travel with him on his rounds. From time to time, they meet someone the knight has pity for, and he asks that that person be added to his bargain. But in the end the knight learns that Death is not the enemy he thought. He turns his king chess piece on its side---surrendering the game without losing. Death leads the knight and the other people he had added to his bargain over the hill and into the light of the next life.
@TheShooterlol making all the content that your plagiarism machines are using to create your glorified plagiarized photoshops. Did you think youtube and content creation in general just popped up outta nowhere when AI showed up? Dumbass.
Great story and visuals! One critique though... the music is too loud in relation to the voiceover work. Sometimes so loud that the narration almost cannot be understood.
I really enjoyed this little story. It's like an old folk tale. I know how hard it can be to fully "sculp" or manipulate AI generated art (I am not against it, I am actually very supportive of AI art). If you are into Collaborations, I would definitely like to work with your studio for future animations if possible.
Thank you for your kind words! I’m really glad you enjoyed the story. Right now, I'm focusing on my own projects and working alone, but I appreciate your interest in collaboration. Let’s keep in touch!
this is just AI slop, from start to finish. even the plot is written by AI. and the story is just about a king that dies of old age. get some real talent
@@yosefyonin6824 To be honest, I would say, the story is written by the help of AI, because I have to change a lot. It still required a lot of work. It's not just 1 prompt and you get the result.
@@TwilightTales-Animation i appreciate your effort but you'd be much better off writing the story yourself and only use ai to enrich language. Using prompts to write a story is never a good idea and it's easily noticeable.
@@passerby1200 you are right. Then you need a big team with a big time and big money that I don't have. ^^ . I am OK with AI technology that will be improved real soon.

the king should have left without the crown, as narrated. the devil is in the details man, put that machine to work.
Thank you very much for supporting the channel. I wish you enjoy the new story soon. ^^
Very interesting story
It's a new story. ^^ We create the story based on the tarot card "Death".

I liked the story, it is nice and all. But it is a bit unfair to the knights of the king.
