    Fabulous as always David! Can't wait to give that a try. The best thing is, I'm the only one in the family that likes lamb :-). I guess this would also work with a pork loin as well?

      thanks so much David - do try it! pork would also work but the pork loins are thicker than lamb so a bit cooler in the oven so it doesn't dry out. Best wishes, David
